摘要
以MS为基本培养基,附加不同种类、不同浓度的细胞分裂素(BA,6-苄基腺嘌呤,ZT,玉米素)和生长素(NAA,荼乙酸),对月季组培快速繁殖进行了研究。结果表明:在萌芽率上均以较低浓度的细胞分裂素与生长素按一定比例混合使用效果较好,适宜的培养基为MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L.而在成芽率上以较高浓度的细胞分裂素单独使用效果最好,适宜的培养基为MS+ZT2mg/L。
The stems of Chinese rose were
cultured in the MS media containing cytokinin andauxin (NAA) of differenl kinds and densities
for rapid multinlication. The result showedthat lower concentration of cytokininand and auxin
nuxed in certain proportion favouredthe germination while higher concentration of cytokinins
used lonely in the media pro-moted bud formation. The suitable medium for germination was
MS+1 mg /L BA+2mg /L NAA and for bud fornlation was MS + 2 mg /L ZT.
