摘要
菠菜叶片随叶位增高,丙二醛含量递增。老叶的膜透性大于成龄叶。离体叶片衰老时,叶绿素、蛋白质含量下降,膜透性及丙二醛含量增加。薄膜包装能延缓上述生理变化和衰老。体外用Fe ̄(2+)+CyS处理证明叶片衰老时膜脂过氧化作用加强。外源激素(6-BA,GA_3)防衰时抑制了叶片的膜脂过氧化作用。
The malonaldehyde (MDA)content increasedas the increase of the leave position in spinach leaves,The membrane permeability in the senescent leaves was higher than theadult ones,The chlorophyll content,protein content and relative water content (RWC)declined,but membrane permeability and MDA content increased during leaves senes-cence,and film package could delay above ageing and inhibit physiological changes.Theleaves senescence was correlated with the improvement of the lipid peroxidation ,whichwas proved by the application of Fe2++CyS in vitro. The exogenous hormones (6-BA,GA3)inhibited senescence and lipid peroxidation of leaves.
