“十一五”期间,上海的国资调整任务十分重要和艰巨。为完成此项任务,必须提高对国资规律性的认识,规范国资委职能和国资运作体系,科学制定国资调整策略,合理选择国资调整方式,深化国资干部管理体制改革,完善国资调整配套体制,并健全国资法律体系。

In the Eleventh Five Year Plan period（ 2006-2010 ）, it is very important and arduous for fulfill the task of adjusting state-owned assets. We must deepen Shanghaito our understanding to the laws of state-owned assets, standardize the function of the State Property Supervision and Management Committee and the operational system of state-owned assets, draw up the scientific tactics of rectification, choose the rational regulative ways, promote the management system reform of state-owned assets cadre, perfect the relevant system of stateowned assets adjustment, and strengthen the relative law system of state-owned assets.
