高职院校相当部分的学生,缺乏学习自觉性和行为自我约束能力。对于这些学生的行为如不进行适当的矫治,学校正常的教学秩序就难以维持,就会影响教育质量。因此,必须充分调动各种积极因素,以“育”为先,“育”与“教”结合,才能提高教育质量。
