摘要
由于机动车流路段阻抗函数参数的物理意义不明显,通常很难根据经验判断其数值的范围和大小。在交通流理论基础上,以BPR函数形式为例,提出了微观层次拟合、宏观层次校核的两层次交通行驶时间模型参数的标定方法,重点研究了参数标定与校核过程中的三个关键难点,提出了相应的解决思路和方法,并在苏州市规划的实际工作中进行应用。
Due to an obscure definition of the vehicular impedance functional parameters, it is difficult to estimate the range within which the parameters would be evaluated. Based on traffic flow theory, and referring to the BPR function, this paper proposes a two-level method, i.e., microscopic simulation and macroscopic validation method, to estimate travel-time function parameters. Emphasis is placed on the three key issues in the calibration and validation process, with ideas and approaches recommended to deal with these issues. A case study is provided to il- lustrate the application of the method to Suzhou comprehensive transportation planning.
