摘要
目的:观察牙源性角化囊肿(OKC)上皮组织中Bcl-2蛋白的表达,探讨其与OKC生长特性的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测10例OKC、10例含牙囊肿(DC)、10例单囊型成釉细胞瘤组织中Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果:OKC中6例(60%)Bcl-2阳性着色,阳性着色位于基底层细胞。DC中1例(10%)Bcl-2阳性着色,UA中10例(100%)均呈Bcl-2阳性着色,3组间Bcl-2阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OKC基底层细胞Bcl-2的阳性表达,可能与OKC上皮增殖及其侵袭性生长有关。
Aim : To detect the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the epithelial tissue of odontogenie keratocysts (OKC). Methods: The expression of Bcl-2 in OKC (n = 10), dentigerous cyst (DC) (n = 10) and unicystic ameloblastoma (UA) (n = 10) tissue was detected using immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 was 60% in OKC 10% in DC, and 100% in UA. The positive rate of Bcl-2 expression was statistically different among the three groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The positive expression of Bcl-2 in the basal cell layer of OKC may be related to the proliferation Qf OKC epithelium and its aggressive behavior.
