抗氧化营养素对啮齿动物脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 啮齿动物大脑缺血-再灌注会导致迟发性神经元死亡(DND)。其中蒙古沙鼠和具有脑卒中倾向的原发性高血压大鼠(SHRSP)常常被用作实验性卒中的模型。作者主要介绍了维生素E、绿茶提取物、银杏叶提取物、白藜芦醇、烟酸、异黄酮素等抗氧化营养素对啮齿动物脑缺血-再灌注损伤的良好保护作用。 Cerebral ischemia and reperfusion can cause delayed neuronal death in rodents, such as Mongolian gerbils and stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRSP), which are used as an experimental stroke model. The protective effects of antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin E, green tea extract, ginkgo biloba extract, resveratrol, niacin and isoflavones in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion brain injury were reviewed.
