摘要
华北电网机组一次调频由DEH+CCS方式实现,而DEB协调方式由于存在速度级压力回路,故对一次调频存在抑制作用。对此提出了完善方案,并进行了网频扰动试验。试验结果表明,优化后的一次调频效果良好。
Primary frequency control is realized by the method of DEH+CCS at power unit in North China Grid. There is a loop of pressure in DEB system,so primary frequency control is hold-up, the optimizing scheme is suggested. The result of frequency turbulence test shows the effect of the primary frequeney optimization
