基于工控机的高速位置控制板

A High Speed Position-control Board Based on Industrial PC

位置控制在控制系统中应用越来越广泛,控制形式多种多样,根据要求不同,可以用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)、单片机、PC机和工控机等进行控制。文中设计了基于工控机的位置控制电路,并制作插入ISA总线槽的位置控制板,以实现数控系统中的高速位置控制要求。分析了该系统的控制原理,并给出了相应的原理图。

The application of position-control is becoming more and more wide, and there are all kinds of control methods. According to the different requirements, the system may be controlled by PLC, micro-computer, PC and industrial PC, etc. This paper introduces a design of position-control circuit based on industrial PC. The control system realizes the high speed position control in digital control system. The concept of the system is presented in this paper.
