摘要
过程控制中通常需要存储大量的过程数据,并且过程数据存在各种不易消除的噪声。传统的智能仪表系统采集的生产过程参数,一般要在记录结束后由PC机来处理。通过对小波分析在信号去噪和数据压缩中的研究,设计出一套基于DSP、MCU和Flash存储芯片的实时温湿度信号采集、存储、分析的软硬件系统,仪器更具智能性和实用性。此外,利用该系统可搭建成试验各种信号去噪和数据压缩算法的平台。
Substantial process data are required to be stored during the process control, and there are noise data existing in process data hard to eliminate. Generally , production process parameters of the traditional intelligent instrument collection system are handled by the PC. Through the study of eliminating signal noise and data compression using wavelets analysis, one software and hardware system with real-time temperature humidity signal collection, storage, analysis is devised based on DSP, MCU and flash memory chip. The apparatus becomes more intelligent and practical. Further, a platform for eliminating signal noise and data compression algorithms is built with this system.
