摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT在大白兔放射性肺损伤中的应用价值。方法40只新西兰大白兔随机分为照射组和对照组,照射组均行右肺单分隔照射建立肺损伤模型,照射后第3、5、7、8、11和14天、第3周、第5周、第8周和第12周分别行MSCT检查,并用pulmo自动评估软件测定双肺的密度值。结果照射后2周内,CT图像无明显改变,利用pulmo自动评估软件分析发现从第7天开始,右肺平均密度高于左肺平均密度(P<0.05)。照射后第3周-12周可依次观察到毛玻璃样征象、斑片状及纤维索条影。结论MSCT对放射性肺损伤具有重要诊断价值,肺功能pulmo自动评估软件分析有助于早期放射性肺损伤的诊断。
Objective To evaluate the application value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) in rabbits with radlation-induced lung injury.Methods Forty rabbits were divided into the normal control groups and experimental groups randomly, and the latter groups received a single dose d 50Gy to the fight lung.MSCT images were obtained on the 3rd,5th,7th,8th, 11th, 14th day,and 3rd,5th,8th and 12th week, puhnmary density of both right and left lung were assessed with pulmo of automatic evaluation software.Results The MSCT images of rabbits were normal in two weeks,while analysized by pulmo of automatic evaluation software,it was shown that the density of right lungs were higher than that of left lung after the 7th day( P 〈 0.05). Various CT findings including ground-glass opacity,patchy consolidation and high density fibvosis were observed at the scheduled study. Conclusion It plays an important rule for Mscr to diagnose radiatlon-induced lung injury,and the early diagnosis radlation-induced lung injury can be done with pulmo of automatic evaluation software.
