摘要
以NI PCI-6221数据采集卡和工业控制机为硬件平台,应用LabVIEW软件建立了一套人机界面良好、易于操作的变极性TIG焊控制系统。该控制系统和双逆变式交流电源相配合可以输出变极性焊接电流波形,并可以对变极性电流波形进行低频脉冲调制和高频脉冲调制,进而实现任意的波形组合。该控制系统除了完成基本的TIG焊接时序控制外,还具有数据采集、波形显示、记录保存和数据通信等功能,为焊接过程监控、焊接质量的信息化管理奠定了坚实的基础。试验表明,采用该控制系统的变极性TIG焊机操作简单,焊接工艺性能优良。
Based on NI PCI-6221 data acquisition card and LabVIEW software,a multifunctional TIG control system is developed on industrial computer.It has well man-machine interface, and easy to control.This control system with the welding power supply which is a double inverter can output the waves of variable polarity,low frequency modulated pulse,and high frequency modulated pulse or the combination of the above waves.At the same time,it can accomplish sequential control of VPTIG welding. Data can be acquired, wave can be displayed, parameters can be recorded,and it can be communicated with other controllers.It lays a firm foundation on quality monitoring in welding processes.Easier operation and good seam quality of WSE welder using this controller is validated experimentally.
