摘要
运用μC/OS II嵌入式实时操作系统和双DSP硬件控制电路,设计了一套变极性焊接电源系统,并针对嵌入式操作系统的系统结构、硬件电路设计、软件移植和应用程序开发等方面进行了研究。试验分析表明,该设计方案系统动态响应速度快,控制程序能够可靠运行,可以满足系统设计要求。
The variable polarity welding power supply is developed based on μC/OS Ⅱ RTOS(Real Time Operation System) and dual DSPs(Digital Signal Processor) control circuitry.The structure of μ C/OS Ⅱ,the design of control circuit,the transplant of the kernel and the design of application programs are shown in this paper.The wehting results show that the response ability can meet the requirements of the design, and the control software can be worked reliably.
