摘要
高收缩涤纶DTY具有优异的弹性,正得到越来越广泛的应用。运用正交实验,找出制取高卷缩涤纶DTY的关键工艺因素是变形温度和网络数;同时,定形温度也是非常重要的影响因素。利用正交实验得到了最佳的工艺条件,使产品卷缩率提高到54.20%,满足用户对产品高卷缩的要求,并且生产过程稳定。
The high shrinkage PET DTY has a good elastic performance and is widely used. By orthogonal experiment, the key technical parameters effecting the shrinkage of this yam are the temperature of heater 1 and mingle knots. At the same time, the temperature of heater 2 has important influence. Using the optimal parameters obtained by the orthogonal experiment, the shrinkage can be increased to 54.20 % which meet the customer's need and production is stable.
