摘要 目的探讨脉冲Nd:YAG激光结合氟化钠防龋在临床应用的适用性。方法选择年龄在12~15岁、需进行正畸治疗、家长同意的青少年30名作为受试者,将其无龋坏第一恒前磨牙、第二恒前磨牙和第二恒磨牙作为研究对象,将每个受试者的4个同名牙随机分成激光加氟化钠组、激光组、氟化钠组和空白(不处理)组。24个月后对各实验组龋面均进行对比、评价。结果激光加氟化钠组龋面均低于空白组(P<0.05),也低于氟化钠组和激光组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲Nd:YAG激光结合氟化钠用于临床防龋,能有效提高窝沟、点隙防龋能力,使用简便,疗效好,较激光和氟化钠单独作用防龋有一定的优越性,具有较好的临床应用前景。 Objective To investigate the effect of pulse Nd:YAG laser combined with NaF on caries resistance of human dental in clinic, Methods Thirty adolescents aged 12 to 15 years,whose teeth needed to be reated for orthodontic purposes and constant premolar as well as the second constant molar were carles-free, were selected as study objects (they had 360 teeth in all). Four same teeth of every person were divided into 4 groups ramdonly: both the laser and the fluoride, the laser only, the fluoride only and no treament (control). After 24 months, the caries were diagnosed in term of the WHO Caries Diagnose Standard (The Third Edition) and the difference of the 4 groups was analyzed. Results The laser combined with the fluoride was reliable way to resist caries in clinic, which was prior to the single use of the laser or the fluoride. Conclusion In clinic the pulse Nd: YAG laser combined with NaF appears to be effective for inhibiting forming of caries of human dental so as to having broad practical prospect.
