沿皮透刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

Clinical observations on treatment of post-herpes zoster neuralgia by along-skin point-through-point acupuncture

目的观察沿皮透刺治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用相应夹脊穴沿皮透刺,对照组则常规取穴治疗,观察两组患者疗效及治疗前后疼痛积分,VAS评分,HAMD和HAMA评分。结果与结论治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为60.0%和96.7%,对照组分别为38.3%和68.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后VAS积分的两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组止痛疗效明显优于对照组。

Objective To investigate an efficacy of along-skin point-through-point acupuncture for treating post-herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and a control groups. The treatment group was treated by alongskin point-through-point acupuncture of corresponding jiaji points and the control group, by routing selection of points. The curative effects were evaluated, and pain score, VAS score, and HAMD and HAMS scores were counted before and after treatment, in both groups. Results and Conclusion The cure rate and the total response rate were 60% and 96.7%, respectively, in the treatment group and 38.3% and 68.3%, respectively, in the control group, indicating that the curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment （P 〈0.01 ）, indicating that the analgesic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group.
