针刺结合水针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

Clinical observations on treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis by acupuncture plus point injection

目的观察针刺结合水针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法将98例患者采用抽签法随机分为针刺水针组及针刺组,针刺取穴方法相同,针刺水针组加压痛点穴位注射。结果与结论针刺水针组总有效率为96.6%,针刺组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明针刺水针组疗效明显优于针刺组。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus point injection for treating lumbodorsal myofascitis. Methods Ninety-eight patients were randomly allocated by lot to acupuncture plus point injectiona dn acupuncture groups. The same method of selecting points was used for acupuncture. Point injection at a tender spot was added in the acupuncture plus point injection group. Resuits and Conclusion The total response rate was 96.6% in the acupuncture plus point injection group and 75.0% in the acupuncture group;there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ,indicating that the curative effect was significantly better in the the acupuncture plus point injection group than in the acupuncture group.
