摘要 我国建筑节能起步较晚,建筑能耗要比发达国家高很多。为此,不断地开发新的建筑节能技术,提高建筑物的能源利用效率至关重要。实现建筑节能的技术途径,在尽量减少建筑内能源总需求量的同时,大力开发利用可再生的新能源,从而减少使用在建筑领域内易引起环境污染的能源。减少建筑内能源总需求量主要从建筑规划与设计,围护结构,提高终端用户用能效率,提高总的能源利用效率方面着手,在节约能源、保护环境方面,新能源的利用起至关重要的作用。建筑节能对建筑材料提出了比以往更高的要求。建筑材料在建筑节能中扮演着一个非常重要的角色。 The pace of building energy-saving in our country is late, compared with developed countries, the consumption of building energy is much higher. Therefore, It is imperative to open up new technique of building energy-saving .and heighten the energy using efficiency. The technique approach of realizing energy-saving is to exploit greatly and use new reproducible energy when trying to reduce total energy demand in buildings, then it can reduce the utilization of energy which can easily lead to environment pollution in building realm. Reducing total energy demand in building mainly embarks from the following aspects, building programming and design, round safeguard struture, enhancing energy using efficiency of End-User and heightening total energy using efficiency. The utilization of new energy plays an important role in sav- ing energy and protecting environment. In contrast with the past, building energy-saving puts forward higher requirement to building materials. Building materials play a very important role in building energy-saving.
