摘要 现在开发的电动车都是依附在原有车型的基础上的,由于电动汽车不同的行驶性能,及车身整体的布置及重量的不同,其行驶的平顺性等各方面的参数都没有进行优化。本文以电动汽车前悬架在举升效应下车轮侧向滑移尽可能短为目标函数,对电动汽车的平顺性进行了研究。以某电动车为原形,在理论分析的基础上,建立了汽车的简化双横臂式独立悬架模型及整车模型。并对仿真软件进行了二次开发,编辑了一个智能化的调节窗口,为以后分析同类型悬架提供了方便。 The currently developed electric vehicle is based on the original vehicle type. Since there are many different characteristics in the electric vehicle, it needs to optimize its parameters. This research takes that the wheel side skid should be as short as possible when the front suspension of electric vehicle is in lift condition as aim function to study the riding comfort of electric vehicle. The simplification wishbone-type independent suspension model and vehicle model have been set up based on one electric vehicle. Further more, the simulation software has been developed and an intellectualized adjustment window is edited which help to analyze the similar suspensions in future.
