摘要
本文研究冷却方式对GF/PP复合纱针织物复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随着冷却速度的减慢及冷却时间的延长,复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量呈现出增大的趋势,而断裂应变则逐渐减小。为了解释这种现象,本文利用X射线衍射的方法对不同冷却方式得到的复合材料的基体的结晶结构进行分析比较,发现随着冷却速度的减慢及冷却时间的延长,GF/PP复合材料的聚丙烯基体的结晶度、微晶尺寸和球晶大小都有所增大。
The effect of cooling condition on the tensile properties of GF/PP composites made from commingled yams was investigated in this paper. It was found that the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composites increased with the decrease of cooling speed or prolongation of cooling time. However, the failure strain of the composites varied contrarily. In order to explain this phenomenon, the crystal structures of PP matrix of these composites with different cooling history were studied using X-ray diffraction method. The crystal degree and size of microlite and spherulite all tended to increase with the decrease of cooling speed or prolongation of cooling time.
