失神经支配下兔颌骨骨折愈合过程中VIP对微血管密度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨神经肽在颌骨骨折愈合过程中对微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的影响。方法选用35只中国大白兔,每只做双侧下颌骨骨折模型,一侧离断下牙槽神经+下颌骨骨折(实验侧),另一侧为单纯下颌骨骨折(对照侧),分别于骨折后第7,14,21,28,35天处死,取骨痂标本行HE及免疫组织化学染色,观察血管活性肠肽(vasoactive in-testinal peptide,VIP)的表达及微血管密度的变化规律。结果试验侧在5个时相点均较对照侧新生骨小梁成熟度低,骨性骨痂在新生骨痂中比例明显偏低;骨痂中VIP着色明显浅于对照组,142、1、28d两组染色都较深,5周后减弱;各个时相点微血管密度也较对照组低。结论感觉神经参与了骨折愈合过程中早期骨组织的修复,神经损伤后影响骨痂内微血管密度的形成以及骨痂形成的质和量。 Objective To investigate the effects of neuropeptides and MVD. Methods Thirty-five rabbits were elected and made the fracture models on their mandible. One side of the mandible underwent fracture and transection of LAN, and the other side of the mandible underwent fracture only. The rabbits were killed at 7,14,21,28,35 day after fracture, the callus tissues of the rabbits were collected. The paraffin sections of the callus tissue were prepared, and were subjected to HE and IH staining. The expression of VIP and the rule of the micrevessel were observed. Results In the callus. The degrees of maturity of the trabecnlae of bone in the treatment sides are lower than the control sides.The staining of VIP in the callus is lower than the control sides at the five phases.The staining of the callus at 14,21,28day is enriching than before,and thinning at 35d.The MVD is lower than control sides at the five phases .Conclusion Sensory nerve may participate in the bone remodeling in the process of fracture healing, and denervation may influences the MVD and the quantity or quality of the callus.
