摘要
结合特殊的水泥基材料,研制了一种新型的预制钢丝网复合墙板。由于这种水泥基材料的非碳化性,它和钢丝网浇筑成的薄板最小厚度仅需6 mm,并具有良好的防水、防冻和防火性能。由薄板、加劲肋和泡沫保温层构成的复合墙板,具有极好的保温隔热性能和力学性能,适用于建筑物的外墙。
This paper reports a new off-site manufactured paneUised wall that is constructed using an innovative cementitious material. Because the cementitious material does not carbonate like reinforced concrete, the structural membrane formed by this material and steel wire meshes could have a thickness down to around 6 mm and is water-proof, frost-proof and fire-proof. When the membrane is cast with rigid foam insulation and stiffened with integral ribs, a structural composite panel is formed that has superior thermal and structural qualities. It is eminently suitable for the external wall of buildings.
