摘要
目前的一些屋面保温材料因强度较低而不能直接用于上人屋面。以陶粒、废旧泡沫塑料、水泥、粉煤灰为主要原料,在常温条件下按一定配比制成新型复合保温材料。由于陶粒起到了承重骨料的作用,所以该复合材料具有强度高、质量轻、导热系数小、施工方便等特点。此技术不但成功解决了上人屋面的保温节能问题,而且因利用了废料,又使其利于环保,且成本低廉。
At present, some thermal insulation mofages can not directly be used in accessible roof because of their low strength. A new composite thermal insulation material is made taking haydite, scrap foam, cement and pulverized fuel ash as main raw material in definite proportion under normal temperature. Because of haydite acting as bearing aggregate, this composite material has characteristics of high strength, light mass, low thermal conductivity and convenient construction. This technique not only resolve the problem of thermal insulation and economizing energy of accessible roof, but also make it be good for environmental protection and low cost for using waste materials.
