关于建立查新行业人员管理制度的建议

本文通过分析研究了查新人员素质对科技查新质量的重要影响,并针对目前查新人员素质良莠不齐的问题,提出了通过从业资质级别评定和专业资质评定方式建立健全查新行业人员管理制度,实现查新行业人员管理的规范化,为查新市场的良性发展奠定基础。

This paper analyzes the factors of professional quality of sci-tech novelty searching to the working quality in sci-tech novelty searching and suggests establishing personnel management system in sci-tech novelty searching through evaluating of professional quality of sci-tech novelty searching. This paper points out that this system will manage the personnel standardly and take a rapid advance in sci-tech novelty searching.
