摘要
秤锤树已经作为濒危树种列入中国植物红皮书。为了更好地保护这个南京的乡土树种,需要通过快速的扩繁来增加其数量。通过对比试验(不同的扦插基质、扦插方法及激素水平)发现,利用500mg/LIBA浸泡插条基部2h后扦插在混合基质中,全光照自动间歇喷雾条件下,1a生嫩枝扦插的生根率最高,可达到87.78%;1a生硬枝扦插的生根率次之,达到83.33%。由此可知,秤锤树扦插繁殖的生根率很高,完全可以上述方法扩繁。
Sinojackia xylocarpa is a rare and endangered plant species and also a native species of Nanjing. The development of rapid propagation is undoubtedly helpful for its conservation. The vegetative propagation techniques were developed based on the cutting experiments considering various treatments including substrates, cutting methods,and concentrations of IBA. The surviving rate of 1-year-old green cuttings could reach 87.78% when treated with 500mg/L IBA for 2 hours before inserting them in mixed substrate and when cultivated by auto-interval spray and 100% sunlight,followed by 1-year-old woody cuttings with 83.33% surviving rate. The cutting technique could be a feasible way for the.rapid propagation of Sinojackia xylocarpa.
