A Study on the Transfer of China's Rural Surplus Labour to Cities under the Opening Economy

农村剩余劳动力的大量沉积,给中国经济和社会发展造成了严重的影响,阻碍了中国现代化的步伐。在开放经济背景下,中国已进一步融入全球经济的分工和竞争中,经济国际化的步伐不断加快,由此也给农村剩余劳动力的转移带来机遇和挑战。我们应站在经济全球化的战略高度,依据加入WTO后我国产业竞争优势和国际贸易发展走向做好战略规划,从挖潜农业内部就业、破解二元结构和加快就业转移相关制度改革三个战略层面,制定各项改革措施,加快农民市民化的进程。

China＇s rural labour is seriously surplus, and it has brought a Serious result that blocks the development of economy and socity. Under the background of the opening economy,China will enter for compefition of world economy. With the economy internationalization,China meets an opportunity and challenge to solve the problem of surplus labour. The author puts forward some suggestions in the end according to Chinese industrial advantage end the tendency of international trade. We should eliminate the institution that city and mini are divided into two part,and accelerate the reformation and innovation of institution of occupation,
