分支机构数量、资产规模与银行规模经济——基于扩增型规模经济方法的分析

Research on Numbers of Branch,Asset Scale and the Economy of Scale of Commercial Banks in China——Based on Augmented Economy of Scale Approach

利用14家全国性商业银行1993—2003年的面板数据，通过计算规模经济系数SCE和扩增型规模经济系数ASCE．对我国银行业规模经济进行了实证研究。结果表明：在不考虑分支机构数变动影响时，所有银行均呈现显著的规模经济；增设分支机构这种粗放型扩张模式。影响了我因商业银行的规模经济效应。

This article studies the seah economies and augmented scale economies of 14 commercial banks in the China from 1993 to 2003 using the panel data. The empirical result showed that when the number of branch office is invariable, all banks have obviously seah economies.The number of branch office is too massive so that effect of seah economies is weakened.
