A New Software Configuration for Chemical Process Training Simulators and Its Realization in Turbo C++

摘要 本文提出了一类基于微机网络的化工过程仿真培训器的软件构造模式及用面向对象的C++语言的实施方法。在提出的仿真器中:(1)过程按工艺流程切割为若干个独立的部分,分别建模,并在不同的学员操作站(下位机)运行,而过程间的物料、能量及信息耦合由下位机间的通讯实现;(2)根据下位机上运行的具体模型,配备相应的操作画面,形成一个相对独立的操作岗位;(3)教师指令台(上位机)仅承提对中个操作站的监控职能,如冻结、评分、引发事故等。由于该类仿真器中模型被分解为小规模的模块分散独立运行,过程数学模型和学员操作环境合二为一,极大地减少了通讯数量,显著地改进了仿真器的可靠性和运行速度。 A new software configuration was proposed and realized in turbo C++ for chemical engineering process training simulators based on microcomputer net. In the proposed simulator, a complex process is partitioned, and mathematical models are prepared part by part and are run separately on different operator stations. Process variables between partitioned process models are exchanged with a data Hiway connecting the operator stations and the teachen console. Since data transmitted in the proposed configuration is sharply reduced, the new simulator has much higher reliability, running speed, and extension capacity, which is vital in simulating large-scale process. Furthermore, the proposed simulator can be used with little modification in project evaluation, dynamic process design, and dynamic process optimization.
