摘要
文章通过对宁波市鄞州区人才公寓的城市性设计策略的分析,揭示了在特定条件下住区特质与城市生活之间的关联性,探讨了一种能够较大程度反映城市特征的新型住区设计的可能。
Based on the introduction of urban-centered design strategies of Young Apartment in Yinzhou distfict,Ningbo city, this paper expoureds the relation between residence characterisdc and city life in special condition,and then discusses the possibility of new residence area which can mostly reflect the urban character in inhabitancy.
