Rise and Reborn of industrial Dwelling Place

本文以德国Sachsendof-Madlow大型社会住宅项目为例,从对话式的参与式规划、深入民众生活的参与机制、真实生活中的居住环境、历史文脉下居住空间的新诠释、开发策略与行动内容几方面来介绍工业聚落空间崛起与再生的实践过程。

Taking the example of big German social residential project of Sachsendof-Madlow, this paper introduces the practical process of the industrial dwelling place＇s rise and reborn, from the aspects of dialogue style participant planning, participant mechanism in daily life, living environment in real life, new exploration of residential space in histoiical context, and exploitation stratcgies and practical action.
