近几年,各家银行在总行层面进行的巨人变革已经为世人所共睹,但这种改革究竟给基层行带来了什么,基层工作还存在什么样的问题,什么样的难点,是又一个值得人们关注的话题。为此,近期本刊主编王松奇与陕西省监管机构、部分银行的负责人举行了座谈。围绕“基层行的工作难点”,各家机构参会人员各抒已见,畅所欲言。
