500mA胃肠机行肝细胞癌介入治疗的体会

The experience of interventional chemoembotherapy of HCC on a 500mA X-Ray gastrointestinal unit

目的总结在500mA胃肠机上行HCC介入治疗的体会。方法回顾性分析2001年1月至2005年6月我院在500mA胃肠机上行33例HCC介入治疗的情况。结果33例病人均取得手术成功,无一出现严重并发症,取得了较好的临床治疗效果。结论HCC介入治疗可以在500mA胃肠机开展,但要注意避免并发症,栓塞时,导管头端尽量超选择插入肿瘤的供血动脉,每次栓塞剂量控制在20ml以内是安全的。

Objective To explore the experience of interventional chemoembotherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） on a 500mA X-Ray gastrointestinal unit. Methods from January 2001 to June 2005, 33 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with lipiodol trans-catheter hepatic artery chemoembolization in our hospital and were analyzed retrospectively. Results All interventional procedures were succeeful without severe complication and resulted in encouraging clinical outcome. Conclusion Interventional chemoembotherapy of HCC can be performed on a 500mA X-Ray gastrointestinal unit, while complications should be avoided. The tip of catheter must be selectively introduced into the perticular supplying artery of the nidi of HCC. Volume of lipiodol no more than 20ml is safety for each intervention.
