摘要
长庆气田上下古多套含气层系,为了充分动用多个含气层段、提高单井产量,开展了气井分层压裂合层开采技术攻关。本文综述了长庆气井分层压裂合层开采一体化完井管柱的可行性及必要性,通过各种机械封隔工艺优化分析对比,提出了Y241可洗井封隔器分层改造合层开采一体化完井管柱(可满足三层)。经过100多口井现场应用表明,该技术分层改造可靠、施工简单、作业及排液速度快,对储层伤害低,降低了气田开发成本,对低压低产多层系气田开采具有一定技术借鉴或指导作用。
In view of multiple sets of gas-bearing series in Upper and Lower Paleozoic of Changqing gasfield, in order to fully use multiple gas bearing formation intervals and enhance the individual well production, tackling key problems of gas well separate-layer fracturing and commingled producing technology is developed in Changqing gasfield. Feasibility and necessity of integrated completion tubing string for separate-layer fracturing and commingled producing of Changqing gas wells are summarized in this article. The integrated completion tubing string with a Y241-type flushable packer for separate stimulation and commingled producing (may satisfy three layers) is put forward, through optimization, analysis and comparison of various machinery sealing and separating technologies. More than 100 wells field application Indicate that, this technique separate transformation is reliable; the construction is simple; the operation and fluid disposal speed are quick; damage to reservoirs is small. Gasfield development cost can be reduced.
