摘要
通过对安塞油田抽油杆断裂井断口形状、断裂部位、生产参数及杆柱组合的统计分析，找出了影响抽油杆断裂的主要原因，提出并采取了具有针对性的可行性技术措施，从而延长了抽油杆的使用寿命，降低了杆柱故障率，节约了采油成本，对其它油田开采实践具有一定借鉴意义。
Main reasons of sucker rod parting have been discovered through the statistical analysis of the fracture shape, break spot, production parameter and the rod string combination in Ansai oilfield. Aimingly feasible technical measures are proposed and adopted, thus lengthened the service life of sucker rod, reduced the failure rate of rod string, saved oil recovery cost, and could be reference for other oilfield development.
