摘要 目的:系统回顾当前国内外人工细胞微囊制作工艺方面的研究进展。资料来源:检索PubMed数据库中1980-01/2006-06有关人工细胞微囊技术进展的文章,检索词“microcapsule,artificialcell,transplantation”,并限定文献语言种类为English。同时检索中国知网医学文献数据库1999-01/2006-06的相关文章,检索词为“微囊化,人工细胞,移植”。资料选择:纳入标准:①人工细胞微囊的成囊材料、成囊工序及微囊发生器的研究。②人工细胞微囊生物特性的研究。③能获取文章的全文。排除标准:①较陈旧的文献。②重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到100篇与人工细胞微囊制作相关的文献,61篇符合纳入标准。其中研究内容相似的,以近5年内发表在较权威杂志者优先。排除的26篇为较陈旧的文献及重复研究;对符合标准的35篇文献进行分析。资料综合:免疫排斥反应是造成细胞移植失败的主要原因,微囊化人工细胞是一个有效的免疫隔离方法,选择适当的囊材、先进的制作工序和机械设备,能显著提高微囊的生物相容性、机械稳定性、免疫隔离效果,提高细胞移植的成功率。结论:日益成熟的人工细胞微囊技术将会带来细胞移植科学的进一步发展,从而为一些相关疾病的治疗开辟一条新的治疗途径。 OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the research development in technology to prepare artificial cell microcapsules at home and abroad in recant years. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed database was undertaken to identify English articles about technology to prepare artificial call microcapsule published from January 1980 to June 2006 by using the key words of "microcapsule, artificial call, transplantation". Meanwhile, we searched CNKI for Chinese relevant articles published between January 1980 and June 2005 with the same key words in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: Inclusive criteria: ①about the encystations material, process and mechanical equipment of artificial call microcapsule; ②relevant to the biological characteristics of artificial call microcapsule; ③articles with accessible full-texts. Exclusive criteria : ①obsolescant articles; ②repetitive articles. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 100 relevant articles wore collected and 61 of them wore selected in accordance with the inclusive criteria. Researches with similar contents published in authoritative journals in the past 5 years wore firstly selected. Twenty-six repetitive and old articles wore excluded, and 35 literature in accordance with the criteria wore analyzed. DATA SYNTHESIS: Immunological rejection is the key cause for the failure of cellular transplantation. Encapsulating call microcapsules is an effective method for immunoprotection. Proper material, advanced manufacture process and mechanical equipment can significantly enhance microcapsules biocompatibility and mechanical stability, immunoprotective effect, and raise the successful rate of cellular transplantation. CONCLUSION: The technology of artificial call microcapsules has been improved increasingly, which will be a promotion of cellular transplantation, and open a promising approach for treating relevant disease.
