摘要 本文介绍一种高分子电容式湿度变送器.它采用高分子湿敏电容为敏感元件.从电路设计、特性实验及温度补偿等方面叙述了湿度变进器的研制过程.实验表明,该湿度变送器具有线性好、动态特性好、中低湿范围内温度系数小,温度补偿效果好等特点.在一定程度上解决了湿度变送器的长期稳定性问题,这种新型湿度变进器具有广阔的应用前景. A high molecule capacitance humidity transducer has been developed. It uses high molecule humidity- sensitive capacitance as humidity sensor. This paper describes the design of the detector circuit, property experiments and the temperature compensa -tion and so on. All experiments demonstrate that the transducer has good linearity, excellent dynamic characteristic, small temperature coefficient and good temperature compensation effect. To some extend its long term stability has been improved. This new humidity transducer has vast applied perspect.
