摘要
目的建立一种快速、准确检测附红细胞体的套式PCR方法,并在交叉感染研究中初步应用。方法根据Gen-Bank收录的猪附红细胞体16S rRNA基因序列为例,设计两对特异引物,建立套式PCR诊断方法。结果所建立的套式PCR检测方法,具有极高的敏感性和特异性。结论将猪附红细胞体人工感染小白鼠、家兔、犬及鸡,利用所建立的套式PCR进行检测,证明了猪附红细胞体在3种实验动物之间存在交叉感染。
Two pairs of primers specific to Eperythrozoon suis were designed according to the 16S rRNA gene sequence of E. suis from GenBank, and a rapid and accurate nested PCR method of assay for the detection of E. suis was established. This method based on nested PCR was proved to be rather sensitive and highly specific to detect the presence of E. suis, and cross infection with E. suis could be demonstrated among mice, rabbits, dogs and chicken by using this established nested PCR method.
