肺泡微结石症五例临床和病理分析 被引量：3

摘要 肺泡微结石症（pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis，PAM）是一种非常少见的弥漫性肺疾病，部分患者有家族史，国内仅有少量个案报道。影像学表现与肺粟粒性结核和尘肺鉴别困难。现对5例PAM（其中2例为家族性）进行临床、影像与病理的比较分析，以提高临床和病理诊断水平。
