用LH0002C实现对高频信号的线性驱动与快速收／发转换

The Realization of Linear Driving and Rapid T/R Switching for High Frequency Signals by Using LH0002C

分析了电流放大器ＬＨ０００２Ｃ的内部电路原理。与一片模拟开关芯片配合使用，构成了能够快速进行收／发转换的高频信号线性驱动器。实测的收／发状态转换过渡时间小于０．５μｓ。

This paper analyzes the circuit of the current amplifier LH0002C,and uses this chip,together with an analogue switeh chip,to design a linear driver for high frequency signals.This driver has the function of a rapid T/R switch.The measured delay time of T/R switching is less than 0 5μs.
