摘要
分析了电流放大器LH0002C的内部电路原理。与一片模拟开关芯片配合使用,构成了能够快速进行收/发转换的高频信号线性驱动器。实测的收/发状态转换过渡时间小于0.5μs。
This paper analyzes the circuit of the current amplifier LH0002C,and uses this chip,together with an analogue switeh chip,to design a linear driver for high frequency signals.This driver has the function of a rapid T/R switch.The measured delay time of T/R switching is less than 0 5μs.
