5月21日16时，几声震耳欲聋的巨雷炸响，黑龙江省黑河市嫩江县多宝山镇嘎拉山林场突发森林大火。

19 years ago,there was a serious forest fire at this place,which kept burning for 27 day and night,making 213 people died,more than 56,000 people homeless,3 towns ruined and inflicting fatal attack on the local environment.This big fire also burnt the official titles of many former resopnsible officials.Up to now,many people still bethink of that big fire at the mention of Daxing＇an Mountain.On January 5th,the rainfall in this area decreased by 50-80% compared with the same period of normal years and reached the lowest in nearly 10 years.Many days of continued high temperature made the forest next to be air-dry,and the 3 times of lightning strike finally turned the long-existent danger into a big fire.
