浅谈船舶灭火器的配置及基本要求

On the Disposition and Basic Requirements of the Fire Extinguishers on the Ships and Vessels

问题的提出 近几年来，笔者多次参加长江上船舶消防监督检查及船舶火灾事故调查．发现不少船舶灭火器配置不符合有关规范和法规。如：未经中国船级社（CCS）认可和检验，配置类型、摆放位置错误。数量不足等等，甚至还发现早已淘汰的化学泡沫灭火器。经对100条不同类型船舶的抽样检查统计，上述隐患占18．5％，一些私营小民船更是高达30％。

In recent years,the writer,who has often participated the ship fire protection inspection and ship fire accident investigation,found that deployment of some ship fire extinguishers did not accord with corresponding regulations and laws ,such as failing to be authorized and inspected by CCS,the wrong deployment type and placement and shortage of quantitiy,even the outdated chemical foam fire extinguisher being found to still be in use.After the statistics of sample inspection on 100 various ships,the above-mentioned hidden trouble covers a percentage of 18.5% with that of some small private ships up to 30%.
