随着中国经济的快速发展，建筑密度持续增加，重大火灾事故屡屡发生，因此，在高楼大厦、公众聚集场所及厂房林立区域，建筑物防火安全便显得格外重要。如何在防火设计技术上更精确、应用更合理，以达到经济效益与防火安全并重。这对消防部门提出了更高、更新的要求。

As the economy advances rapidly in China,the Chinese population ceaselessly expands with its gravity in the downtown of metropolises,newly-established towns,and development parks,where the desity of buildings continues to rise.This ,in addition to the lack of the concept of building fire prevention in the public and negligence,has not once but many times led to major fire disasters.Consequently,the fire prevention looms extremely large in such regions as the high-rising mansions,public space and compacted industrial areas with a large number of factories.Therefore,how to seek a better accuracy and rationablein the fire prevention design so as to strike a balance between economic benefit and saftey has posed a demand of higher standard for our fire-fighting department.
