2006年3月28日，由中国民航总局发布的《国内航空运输承运人赔偿责任限额规定》正式实施。同时，1989年发布、1993年修打的《国内航空运输旅客身体损害赔偿暂行规定》废止。
On March 28, 2006, Provision of Domestic air Transport carriers liability limit was officially implemented which issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. At the same time, in domestic shipping and air transport of passengers physical damages Interim Provisions was abolished which issued in 1989 and revised in 1993. In new provisions, the air limits the amount of compensation has been reached the ceiling from 20,000 to 40 million. Moreover, the new requirements also increased the visitors carry goods, hold baggage and cargo consignors limits of liability.
