近年来，中国国家版权局与香港海关携手，共同打击盗版光盘，不仅有效规范了香港光盘生产加工秩序．而且对于净化内地与香港的著作权保护环境、防范不法分子通过香港加工盗版音像制品走私进入内地市场、有效保护著作权人合法权益等方面也发挥了积极作用。
In March 2006, the National Copyright Bureau and Hong Kong Customs held a regular meeting in Beijing, exchanging the information about the implementation of the Cooperation Arrangement. The joint strike on priated CDs not only regulates the order of CD production in Hong Kong but also has a positive effect on purifying the copyright protection enviroments both in Hong Kong and inland China, preventing Hong Kong made pirate audio-visual productions from entering inland China and effective protection of legitimate interests of the bona fide copyright holders.
