Analysis of quality accident of waiting building in a railway station

对某火车站候车楼地面大面积沉陷及局部桩基不均匀沉降造成大梁开裂的质量事故进行分析,指出结构设计存在的失误,提出关注设计盲区、重视概念设计、加强地基分析等建议。同时,对如何加强设计质量管理提出了看法。

This article analyzed the quality accident of waiting building in a railway station.The large area of ground sink and part of pile unbalanced subside that lead to the big beam crack.The paper pointed out the error in design and presented the suggestion of paying attention to design blind area, highlight the concept design, and heightening the analysis of foundation. Meanwhile, proposed the own view of how to enhance the quality management of design.
