摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备钴镍铁氧体磁性粉体,探索了制备工艺,测定了磁性能。结果表明:CoxNi1-xFe2O4的比饱和磁化强度随着Co含量的增加而增强;合理的制备工艺条件为:75℃水浴;NaOH浓度取3 mol/L、过量25%、缓慢滴加;反应时间30 min;磁性颗粒粒径为15 nm左右。在此工艺条件下,其比饱和磁化强度可达到40 Am2/kg。
Chemical coprecipitation method was adopted to prepare cobalt nickel ferrite magnetic powders, the preparing process was studied and its magnetic property was tested. Obtained results show that: the saturation magnetization of CoxNi1-xFe2O4 improves as the content of Co goes up. And the proper preparing conditions are finally found: heating temperature is 75 ℃ in water-bath with 25 % excessive alkali, the concentration of NaOH is 3 mol/L and it is dripped slowly, and reaction time is 30min. The average size of the magnetic particles is about 15 nm. Under this condition, the saturation magnetization can be 40 Am^2/kg.
