摘要
通过XRD和IR光谱,分析了热处理温度对斜发沸石结构的影响;采用正交试验,研究了离子交换条件对斜发沸石载Cu2+量的影响。在此基础上,对比分析了热处理温度对斜发沸石载Cu2+量的影响。结果表明:斜发沸石交换Cu2+的最佳条件为温度60℃、交换时间12h、CuSO4浓度0.08mol/L。热处理温度低于400℃时,斜发沸石的结构没有明显变化,且载Cu2+量随热处理温度的升高有所增加;但当热处理温度高于600℃时,斜发沸石的结构遭到不同程度的破坏,载Cu2+量也随之减少。
Effect of thermal treatment temperature on clinoptillolitc structure was studied by XRD and IR spectrum, and the effect of ion exchange conduction on loading copper ion quantity was researched, the effect of thermal treatment temperature on loading copper ion quantity was contrastively analysed. The results showed that the fitting conditions arc following, exchanging temperature is 60℃, exchanging time is 12 hour, the exchanging liquid concentration is 0.08mol/L, When the thermal treatment temperature is under 400℃, the change of clinoptillolite structure is unconspicuous, the loading copper ion quantity of clinoptillolite is increased by increasing thermal treatment temperature. But when the thermal treatmeut temperature is above 600℃, clinoptillolite structure is destroyed, the loading copper ion quantity of clinoptillolite is reducing with increasing thermal treatment temperature.
