摘要
采用高速搅拌磨进行了白刚玉超细研磨试验,研究了体外循环研磨及水力旋流分级试验工艺,对试验工艺条件进行了试验确定。试验结果表明,采用本工艺生产的超细白刚玉,在细度、粒径分布等指标上,已接近进口超细白刚玉,研磨效率较国内常规生产方式有成倍提高。
The superfine grinding experiment of white sapphire was carried on by high speed stirs milling. The experiment craft of external circuital grinding and hydro-circuital grade and its experimental conditions were studied. The test result indicated that the quality of superfine white sapphire produced with this craft was the same as imported superfine white sapphire. The grinding efficiency with this technology was several times enhanced than domestic groovy production method.
