硼酸锌阻燃剂制备工艺改进研究 被引量:5

摘要 以硫酸锌、硼砂、硼酸为原料.对硼砂法制备2335型硼酸锌(2ZnO·3B2O3·3.5H2O)的工艺进行了改进.探索了一种缩短反应时间、节省能源的新工艺、实验表明:反应体系保持一定的硼酸浓度,可加快反应速度.缩短反应时间,制备的硼酸锌失水温度在350-480℃.晶体表面较为平整.呈瓜片状,粒径1.0~2.0μm,阻燃效果明显,成本低。 Zinc borate(2335) was prepared with ZnSO4·7H2O, Na2B4O7·10H2O and H3BO3 by improved zinc-borax method, which reduce reaction time and energy. The experimental results indicated that, this method could increase reaction speed, shorten reaction time. The dehydration temperature of products was 350-480℃, its surface was flat with average particle size in the range of 1.0-2.0μm. and its fire retardancy was obviously and preparation cost was low.
