非洲外商直接投资的时空分异研究

A Study on Spatio-Temporal Difference of Foreign Direct Investment in Africa

在统计和整理非洲外商直接投资数据资料的基础上,分析了非洲外商直接投资(FD I)在时间序列上的变动特点,引入吸收FD I业绩指数,采用变异系数计算模型,探讨了非洲FD I在空间序列上的差异,并对非洲吸引外商直接投资的前景进行了展望。结果表明,非洲吸收外商直接投资水平在波动中逐步提高,FD I流入量增幅较大,但其占世界FD I流入总额比重一直很低,且有下降趋势;非洲FD I的区域和国别差异均很大,但分布不断向均衡方向发展。

Foreign direct investment （FDI） has a great impact on economic development in Africa. The dynamic characteristics of FDI to Africa at temporal list are analyzed with the statistical data of FDI. Performance index to absorb FDI is introduced, and the classification study of Africa countries is applied. By using the model of coefficient of variation, the difference of FDI at spatial list and the reasons for change are discussed ; moreover, the outlook of FDI to Africa is analyzed. The results show that the inflows of FDI to Africa increase considerablely with fluctuation, its dynamic mechanism largely depends on the Changes of the international political and economic situation in addition to the policies and orientations of the African countries. But its share in gross FDI inflows of the world is always low and reveals a degressive trend, which shows that Africa has a great potential for absorbing the FDI. The difference of FDI be＇tween regions and countries of Africa is quite big, but its spatial development is trending to evenness.
